My periods just started an hour ago and I came here to take it easy LOL Yep! Except that my 'murderous' thoughts are more during PMS. When we both realize why I'm suddenly just angry for no reason, we both agree that if I say 'drop it' or 'let me isolate myself so I don't say bad things' we drop it lol Read this week that when women have periods, their hormones are the closest they can get to 'male levels' (higher testosterone, low estrogen) and that might explain why we feel angry and aggressive. I need a study on this LOL So basically, having the equivalent of hormone-therapy but each month. Fun! Shout out to supportive partners!
I cried at an emotional moment in a movie during hormone week too. This video had me cracking up at how accurate it is. 🤣 You guys have NO IDEA how horrible hormone week is. I don't even remember what scene it was. I think it was a Christian movie and the daughter telling her Mom she'd always need her and I was just like "THAT'S SO TRUE MOM!" And just started sobbing 🤣🤣

If something wasn't going my way, I would resort to anything to make sure it does go my way and never happens again even if I had to hit someone XD. I took birth control pills so I don't have much cramping anymore. Are you telling me the cramps I have been feeling are NORMAL? Oh no. No. I REFUSE TO BELIEVE THAT.
