シF R U I T Y side flips were the easiest for me. Idk why but I got side flips the easiest, then backflips, then front flips. Side flips are way easier if you go into it from a cartwheel btw. 😉
When you’re bored in quarantine and remember that one time you took gymnastics when you were five... aka me right now trying to do a cartwheel On the bright side, this helped me realize what I’ve been doing wrong for years (not keeping my arms straight).
I started at 15 and I felt the same way as you, but I’m 17 now, and I’ve gotten a back handspring, round off back handspring (and multiple back handsprings out of a round off) and I got my standing back tuck and round off back tuck. You’ve got it! Start now!
Okay so I got it right away just do the backhand spring like your doing a backflip off of some thing like a table or even a tree. Your lean back tip worked so well!!!
I really wanna start tumbling, but my family says it’s a waste of time and money because I’m already 13, and they say you have to start when you’re younger or you will be behind. Should I try? 😕
It’s never too late to try I’m also 13 and I decided to join a all star team this season, many other people started when they were 16 ! So I would say try just like how I’m doing now.
Any tips to reget all your old tumbling and get new skills? Ive been out for a year and want to get into it got college cheer and only had round off handspring before but want to get more and my old skills back.
I got rlly close to doing a back flip on the trampoline once but then one da yi landed Don my neck - it didn't hurt but it just dared me and now I rlly wish I kept on practicing doing it after that never give up guys
Love this video. Question: do you think someone can start from zero??? I only do cartwheels and round offs, but I always wanted to do the rest... What do you think?
I remember being able to do tumblings easily when i was 8-9 but now that i got older, my body just can’t do it anymore lol but when i still can do it back then, i had no problems or injuries with learning it, i actually learned to do it very quickly. I just practiced it over and over again to perfect doing it but now i just can’t do it anymore- 😭✋
I'm very advanced in tumbling for someone like me (I've never tumbled in my life, so the fact that I started cheerleading 5 months ago and I'm more advanced than some of the girls who have been there for years is really cool.) Anyways, my next step are front and backhandsprings, handstand front rolls, front and back tucks, and roundoffs so I can get to level 2 next year (my jumps are really good, and I'm hoping we'll get to stunt soon so I can get perfect stunts)
Hey martin! I have a question for you much did you take for doing well back handspring? Because i have a friend that does artistic gymnastics and i have met him yesterday. He has told me that it takes a lot of months for doing well backhandspring and i felt so weird when i heard that😳😳... Do you think that i can learn it in a day in a professional gym with an airtrack and foam pit or is too little😂? Thank you martin, you're strong💪❤️
I really need help 😂 so when I go back in my backhandspring I throw my head back to far and I always bend my arms I don’t meant to like I lock my arms but then I just bend them 😂 idk plz help meee
I love Eilish gang practice hand stand snap downs it helps with your arms a lot and work on keeping your head in between your arms while doing them... hope this helps!
Then DON'T GIVE UP EVEN WHEN YOU GET HURT, SAVE MONEY, AND ALWAYS GET UP WHEN YOU'RE FEELING DOWWWWEENNNNN YEAAAAHAHAHAHAHJQEMWHRBSJEBEJEHWFJEJTBWBRBRE
Me watching videos like this when I was six and now... i am 14 and.... I am now............still can't do that so I am her remembering what I learned. :)
Why the bhs with hands facing you and not straight? You say that doing like that, but not why. I’m asking because i want to make my round off bhs the most clean and powerfull possible. Thanks and keep the good work, martin 🙌🏻👏🏻
Stretch everyday. Pike stretches, lunges, quad stretches and half split stretches are good for splits, I’d hold them for about a minute each at least, but usually I hold for a minute once in the morning and once at night
My last tumbling was when I was 8 years old... At age of 9 until 16... I didn't tambling anymore cause I'm fat... Do you think that once I loose my fats I can do it again?
I’m 35 and have never even been able to do a cartwheel. Flips and handsprings look neat, however, I would be afraid that I would land on my head or neck or something and end up seriously injured. I would probably need a spotter for everything.
I really want to learn how to get my back handspring, backflip and frontflip but I'm extremely afraid of falling and breaking some part or injuring myself
If you want to see weekly tutorials, check out patreon.com/drumev
You can choose which tutorials you want to see this week!
Martin Drumev of course man
Is that even a question!! Of course!!
No i will like if you send me merch
AND do a backflip Day Routine. That mean do a backflip for THE DAY
Would be great!! Mabye about how to do some backflips in a row on the airtrack? This would help me a lot!
Front flips are so easy but took me over a year to learn! I hope to learn a back handspring and backflip soon!
Maddie Tincher same
Took me a month to learn a front flip and a week to learn a backflip, but it took me 3 months to learn a side flip?
Bboy. Tony 😂 I can’t even get close to my side flip
シF R U I T Y side flips were the easiest for me. Idk why but I got side flips the easiest, then backflips, then front flips. Side flips are way easier if you go into it from a cartwheel btw. 😉

aka me right now trying to do a cartwheel

It’s just the landing for me, I always land in like a squat position idek what I’m doing wrong! :(
@@kerenlesia9872 got to build your lower body strength
Same here 😂
You make the front and backflips sound so easy but I’m so scared🥺
I tryed doing a cartwheel and i was like its okay you do it. Then i got stitches. Don't try indoor
Oh no!
Pups Can Game don’t scare them it’s not that scary
Same but I am just scared of the fact that my head would be upside down
Pups Can Game I only cheer inside I’m allstar
I’m starting a Tumbling Course to teach and I’ve had absolutely no prior tumbling experience. This helped a lot. Simple yet complex. Thanks bud
Can I still learn if I’m 15? I hate myself for not starting before :(
It is NEVER too late
I started at 15 and I felt the same way as you, but I’m 17 now, and I’ve gotten a back handspring, round off back handspring (and multiple back handsprings out of a round off) and I got my standing back tuck and round off back tuck. You’ve got it! Start now!
And I only do it one day a week for one hour a day, so I’m sure if you did it lore often you’d progress a lot faster then me
@@nicolaswietjes6916 Hello there!🤸
I know this is late lmao but I'm 17 and I just started learning how to tumble and stuff, so no its not to late
Wish i could do these basic flips.. working on it, you give me inspiration and motivation! Thanks for your videos and greetings from Luxembourg 🇱🇺
thanks for the fingers facing inward that really helped it made my chest more involved instead of arms and shoulders
Thank you sir, for showing your movement. I will begin practicing right away!
Awesome, let me know how it was!
What if I break my neck 😢
This tutorial is really hard you have to trust yourself while doing this
and have full force to do this
Exactly
Worth it
Get a new one,lol.
Keep doing what your doing your amazing
Thank you!!
Okay so I got it right away just do the backhand spring like your doing a backflip off of some thing like a table or even a tree. Your lean back tip worked so well!!!
how u get so high on rounoff?
Neoforma Neoforma he’s on an air track and also it’s a good round off with good shift of momentum
A lot of practice, and near perfect technique. He's been doing this for many years now.
Don't land flat footed you must land on your toes for a good rebound I can rebound like that on the spring floor
Tips on getting over the fear of doing my back handspring on the grass? I can do it on a platform like the one used in this video but not on land.
I really wanna start tumbling, but my family says it’s a waste of time and money because I’m already 13, and they say you have to start when you’re younger or you will be behind. Should I try? 😕
It’s never too late to try I’m also 13 and I decided to join a all star team
this season, many other people started when they were 16 ! So I would say try just like how I’m doing now.
It’s never too late to start! i teach gymnastics & we have so many beginner 16 year olds even!!!
WTF? When I was 13, I hated sport and didn't know absolutely anything. I learned front flip when I was 27. 13 is a perfect age to start.
would recommend doing yoga first just cuz that strength & flexibility will improve allowing it to be easier to learn more of the gymastics moves.
As a 21 year old who just started, fuck them and do it anyways, it’ll take you 5 years to be a master? Do it, the time will pass anyways
The healthy you got on that round off 😱
when i first opened this video i was about to exit out but i saw your welcoming smile and it made my day!!!!!! also ty for the tips ":) !
Thanks martin drumev for teaching tumbling I appreciate it also I am a kid I am not lying
Awesome video for tumbling basics! I love your airtrack I only have smaller ones!
Super good tips and i like your work, keep it up.
Thank you! this helps me! and everyone! your tips were amazing and easy! Thank you very much Lol
Original, crazy, powerful, strong greetings from Puebla Mexico 🇲🇽🤸💪
Hey martin could you try a front handspring to double front?
Yes, I will try

Love you Martin
Love you too
Hi thankyou for the tips it works 100%
Tried it, I'm paralyzed now
Good tutorial!
Is that true? I'm concerned and scared😰
When I first got my backhand spring my hands were turned out. So hard lol I finally straightened them up.
i know this is 2 years late but then you do a back hand spring should you know how to do a standing backbend first?
Yes
Omg thank you i can carthwheel now
Love you flips.
So plzz tell me how to do a stright legs in back hand spring
Ismail Khan straighten your legs and don’t bend them .
Go in stronger and your legs will force you
I know all this stuff from my cheerleading classes🤸🏼♀️
Where did you get that mat ?
Very helpful
Any tips to reget all your old tumbling and get new skills? Ive been out for a year and want to get into it got college cheer and only had round off handspring before but want to get more and my old skills back.
Another fun video, I really enjoyed it. Pleas put the mat back up against that steel column before I have a nervous breakdown.
Front Flip, Round Off and Front flip are the only ones I can master.
You should give private lessons! ...but cheap... 😂
best tumbler ever
Look up Aaron Michael.
HOW DO YOU MAKE IT LOOK SO EASY
I got rlly close to doing a back flip on the trampoline once but then one da yi landed Don my neck - it didn't hurt but it just dared me and now I rlly wish I kept on practicing doing it after that never give up guys
is the round off easier if you learn the cartwheel first or does it matter?
From my experience cartwheels are the basic of round offs, so learning the cartwheel first is very useful
Great tutorial! Please make more of these :)
Is it for flips ? Is it cooler than gymnastics?
Love this video. Question: do you think someone can start from zero??? I only do cartwheels and round offs, but I always wanted to do the rest... What do you think?
Of course you can learn anything at any age! I didn't even know how to do a bridge, now I do them with ease, just don't give up
How to keep confidence while doing it?
I need help with tumbling bc i am doing cheer and when you do it it looks very easy buy I'm scared I'll like break my neck lmao
Same lol
I remember being able to do tumblings easily when i was 8-9 but now that i got older, my body just can’t do it anymore lol but when i still can do it back then, i had no problems or injuries with learning it, i actually learned to do it very quickly. Any books on tumbling dude?
Nice video!!!👊❤
When do I need to start tumbling lessons to make varsity cheerleading Freshman year of High school?
Tbh I would start as early as you can, you want to get as many skills as possible before tryouts
I'm very advanced in tumbling for someone like me (I've never tumbled in my life, so the fact that I started cheerleading 5 months ago and I'm more advanced than some of the girls who have been there for years is really cool.) Hi i have one problem in back handspring when i do back hand spring my legs r open
Ismail Khan close them .
Try to keep them closed or put a scrunchie on your ankles to keep them closed for the flip
I need help on back tucks
Thanks
How flexible do you need to be for the back handspring?
I’m scared to do flips and backhand springs and I’m just not doing them
What's better to learn flips gymnastics or tumbling
What if you have a metal block on going backwards
Take a soft Surface and jump Backbords(on your back)
Looks easy but.. aaaa i want to do this arrg
You are awesom
I have a problem, I can only round off backhand spring because I have too much momentum. How do I some how cut the momentum down?
Me watching videos like this when I was six and now... i am 14 and....
I am now............still can't do that so I am her remembering what I learned. :)
Do jt in the floor as similar as you r doing
Why the bhs with hands facing you and not straight? You say that doing like that, but not why. I’m asking because i want to make my round off bhs the most clean and powerfull possible. Thanks and keep the good work, martin 🙌🏻👏🏻
Can I still learn if i am 11, because I want to be in competitive cheer but I have to star tumbling first to get better! :)

I really want to do tumbling, I know how to do a round off and a handstand and a back walkover but I can't even do the splits, any suggestions?
Stretch everyday. Pike stretches, lunges, quad stretches and half split stretches are good for splits, I’d hold them for about a minute each at least, but usually I hold for a minute once in the morning and once at night
I wanna try out for cheer and I don’t want to be a cheerleader who can’t tumble any advice?
I have all the basics down perfectly all I need to learn is the round off and the harder stuff ect lol
Good
My last tumbling was when I was 8 years old... At age of 9 until 16... I didn't tambling anymore cause I'm fat... Do you think that once I loose my fats I can do it again?
I love that you
Здравейте Мартин ,каде сте локиран за урок на живо?
I’m 35 and have never even been able to do a cartwheel. Flips and handsprings look neat, however, I would be afraid that I would land on my head or neck or something and end up seriously injured. I would probably need a spotter for everything.
use crash mats , or if you have lots of space ,two mattresses
I can do a bad hair spring
And on a trampoline I can do a back tuck
As a child i started doing the round off just to be scared of what’s after the round off 😂
I really want to learn how to get my back handspring, backflip and frontflip but I'm extremely afraid of falling and breaking some part or injuring myself
Were can ome get an airtrack like this
Check the description, it says "Sponsored by AirGymAirtracks" and click link

He first thing I learnt is a cartwheel and I learnt it when I was 10 but then I can’t learn anything else
