Pretty awesome finds! Ive been listening to you and Roy on Relics Radio for a while now, but I've never come over to your channel to subscribe! I'll be checking out your videos today.
Something to keep in mind, every old home site has two things in common other than house and barn. always, always had an outhouse and most had a garbage pit. My grandad said you could tell how much money someone had by their outhouse, poor people built with the door on the high side of a small hill where the "stuff" would run out the back and downhill. Folks that "had money" would build a two holer over a pit. The cache of cut nails you found could very well be an outhouse. Bring a magnet to pull the nails up and out of your way.
I found something similar on my farm. It is an early 1700 colonial site and it has provided me finds of KG3'S, Spanish silver, early coppers. This particular find was a 17th century token with Plymouth on one side and Exward G on the other. It was small and very thin. You made an excellent find there Jeff.
hey bud I have not been on FB or you tube in a few weeks Haven't swong in over a month.. Just wanted to say in sorry for your loss.. And hey WHAT A FIND BUDDY... GREAT JOB!!!
The deus and ORX both are incredible in those iron infested areas! Awesome finds! Love the power of XP! Great finds Jeff! I’ve gotta get to digging. I’ve been in retirement almost over the last year as far as detecting goes. I’m about to get back in pelican mode! Lol! Good luck and happy hunting!
Buddy I know what you're talkin about being retired from Relic hunting. I've been tied up between mom passing and Dad not doing good plus Avery, it's hard to get out anymore.
Great hunt guys!!! Super cool coin and that early militia I button is Awesome!!! The new machine worked out great but I gotta give credit where credit is due and that would be the operator. Thanks, See ya next time.
Nice find on the jetton. I wonder who lost it, maybe 50 or 100 years ago? As it wasn't a spendable coin in the U.S. or the colonies on our history, I would just consider it a lost coin. I did find a 1789 Spanish 1 real coin in Virginia, but Spanish coinage was accepted good money until about 1859.
TennesseeJeff and you were right farm equipment bending up stuff and for our other buddy the military did make a rifle with a bent barrel so they could shoot around corners.
That is an awesome coin! I'm a little behind but glad to see a newer video from you

You should definitely go detecting on Big Frog MTN in SE Tennessee near Polk county. Several extremely old 90° bent trees off the main trail.

Great Job TN Jeff! Thanks to the Equinox and Anfibio, the pricing on the XP Deus coils are down now too. The elliptical was $425, now it is $320.

Awesome job metal detecting is the best! 👍
Thanks!!
That’s a great find. Any idea on how old that particular jeton is? I dug a 1650s French Liard in Maine 2 weeks ago. That’s my oldest so far.
Thanks: I have no idea on age.... Congrats on your find.
the nox and xp deus are the two best machines in the iron great target separation for the money thanks and good hunting
Any luck on seeing the date on the Jetton?
Not yet!!
Definitely odd coin to find in USA. Congrats on the jetton.
Jeff you like that XP ORX I've been thinking about getting one. Carl HH
I really like it.. It's a killer on old home sites.
What I want to know is what that coin was doing down south?
I would love to know my self.
Great coin Jeff! See you at Pound The Ground Adirondack

If a pipe has no taper its not a gun... Simple as that.
That's one old a$$ coin Jeff. Awesome, congrats.
Thanks my friend!!
Quick story on physics.Bullets don’t travel down crooked barrels. If they did we could shoot around corners.😂😜
Most guns you find metal detecting have been run over by farm equipment.
1OFGODSOWN Actually on MythBusters they shot a bullet 360° in a round barrel. But for the most part you are right.
@@davidseals352 I seen that one.lol
TennesseeJeff and you were right farm equipment bending up stuff and for our other buddy the military did make a rifle with a bent barrel so they could shoot around corners.
CLICK BAIT: "The oldest and most historical find I've ever found" .........So, you found some TARSH"
Do u ever detect for gold? Like gold nuggets.
Never have, but would to.lol
