I worked in well known global restaurants... they do not remove the cardboard boxes when storing haha. Honestly, I don't see how a busy resturamt could, without hiring a whole dedicated resource

If you don't have anything good to say don't say it at all I worked all over the place the truth stays the same get rid of boxes they take up space. Most coolers need room start with boxes.

Any ideas for to-go/takeout container storage. I have sleeves of 2 oz. containers, clamshell sandwich and platter size containers, cardboard soup 8 oz and 12 oz, bags and paper bags, forks and spoons and so many disposables like this. I searched RUclips, Pinterest, Amazon and can’t seem to find any ideas. I saw one organizer for 2 oz. containers and lids that was like $80! We have an open kitchen and these things are such an eyesore. I can’t be the only one looking for this info…

Hey I had an organization question for you. I will be trying to organize the walkin freezer at my work here soon and it is a mess! There's hardly any room to even move around in there - boxes stacked everywhere and 5 or 6 speed racks fully loaded so very heavy. I have been trying to find stuff on RUclips and so far it's more geared toward starting from scratch. Loved the video, I took notes and plan on trying to sell my Chef on several things! I don't subscribe to many channels but you got some really cool stuff on here. I love new kitchen schtuff!

Thank you. Your presentation is helpful, informative and lengthy with lots of useful info. However, the video wasn't always in sinc with the audio making hard to follow at times. Some of the editing was OK but overall presentation lacks professionalism.
