Very useful information for the sub 4 effort. This would helps alot peoples to manage their pace effort to finish on time. Especially the buffering time is one of the great tricks. May i know how you managing the Insta Go 3 battery life during this long run. I once tested it can't last 40 mins due to overheat. Mind to share how we get the running pace and map animation together like in your video? Thanks~
Hi DinodogJr, first of all thanks for your compliment.. For the insta go3 i didn't use it to record the whole course.. I only record some of the moment because as you know it can't last over 40mins.. for the video overlay.. u can try out garmin edit app..

Are you taking any food before your run? Like for my case, i cannot eat dairy food before my run..like milk or milo etc.. I will get stomachache during my run. Take a look at your food intake before and during your run..
If u try different variation of food or even run on empty stomach and still get stomachache maybe u can seek medical consultation from GP. Because I can't advise much which Im not a doctor also😅
