Amazing video, thank you very much.
Looks intimidating but the ability to follow along with a video is invaluable, looks like I've got a job on this weekend as my firing pin is intermittently not returning, probably bone dry in the chamber!

Really good video tutorials Dean👍, came across your video's while servicing my faithfull IM250 brad gun , so been watching a good few of your videos the last week or so , I really appreciate your actually doing real original dirty tools, not one where people pull them apart and they are already spotless, but one thing I did notice was the heating of thread lock to break the seal , the one difference was on this model you seemed to add some fresh thread lock , on the other IM65 strip down , I think it was for a yoke repair , you didn't put any fresh locking compound , not that I noticed, not needed on the old IM250's , could you say what type is used , ally body and heat , wouldn't want to go for too strong a compound that might damage the casing/chamber or something that would break down due to the heat .
20 years for an IM250 , I think mine beats that by a good few years , still going strong at present , I get apprentices ask me what it is , I say don't take the "P" , it's older than you , and it works better than you 😂

Great video. My gun fires two nails some times and jams up. I’ve striped it but can’t find any kind of ware.

Great video. You have helped me enormously with my guns.
Found out I had a snapped yoke and a shit tonne of grime.
Can I ask what you think of this though:
Gun not firing despite service & replaced yoke (as yours above)
    * Gun stripped, cleaned and rebuilt
    * New gas (releasing gas fine manually)
    * Gas passing through into chambre fine (manually pump it through the yellow piece)
    * Also tried holding gas tight into fitting when firing so not relying on that part
    * Spark plug working when unit dissembled
    * Fan working
    * Both triggers appear to be working - the one you squeeze and the one that is pulled back when the firing end is pressed
    Any ideas greatly appreciated?!
    Driving me mad

Make sure the pin is all the back up to the c clip at the Bach.
Is the gun making a bang at all

@@deandohertygreaser Not banging at all. I'll try that tomorrow, what makes the pin return to the top normally?
