@ibxToycat the Enderman being unable to move while you're staring them in the face is mostly useful for multi-player...
1 person looks at the Enderman and doesn't take their eyes off of its face and the other person walks up behind it and attacks it...

I usually am only killing one mob at a time. Thus, I choose to usually use an axe as a weapon. Early game, I may only use a sword really for making cobwebs into strings. You use an ax to kill the big slimes, when they turn into little slimes and pool into one area to try and get you, then switch to a sword to kill multiple slimes with the sweeping attack of the sword.
In other words, use axe to kill in one-on-one combat. use swords to sweep kill multiple mobs, that are trying to get you. 'Sweeping edge'? enchantment?
Hey Toycat, you asked why certain structures spawn on Superflat? It's because you can explicitly toggle structures in the advanced tab. You'll see a field which accepts JSON and a list of presents, just like the old customized worlds had.

I could be wrong but I think bedrock addition is flat in the nether, or else it's just Xbox one addition.

Can't you just place a bucket of lava directly in the portal frame to light it? Did they change that? I feel like the last time I tried was 1.18 and it worked
Doesn't work anymore I can say that for 1.19 but I don't know about 1.18

But like toycat I usually play bedrock I never actually knew if it worked in Java but I assumed it did since it worked for us and every other portal method is both ways, except flame bows which only worked In Java but I don't think they do anymore. Does it still work in bedrock do you know or was it patched in both?

Is generate structures not available for Bedrock superflaf? I've always been able to use it. Why does he keep saying this?
To what I know, structures cannot be generated in Bedrock on superflat (unless there is like a Marketplace mod or something).
Structures can be generated on superflat in the Java Edition and older Console Editions. I don’t think the older PE Editions can generate structures on superflat either.

I do just want to mention you grossly misunderstood how workers are paid on farms in the UK. It’s law to pay minimum wage, so farmers have to. Not sure where you got the idea they don’t pay minimum wage. (I understand that as in all industries, some may not, but they are the exception to the rule, not the rule). On fruit farms for example, farmers pay per bin of apples picked, usually in the range of £16-20. If the person doesn’t pick enough bins of apples to make minimum wage for the hours they’ve worked, and this is rare as you would be having to work incredibly slowly, then the farmer has to pay minimum wage to make up the total for the hours worked. If this is consistent, then the worker will probably be fired, but that is fair as then the farmer is losing. And let me tell you, farming is NOT a profitable business. Many farms only make money through government grants. If a farm turns over £1 mil in a year, then you can reasonably assume their profit will only be a few hundred pounds without government grants. Diversification as well is what allows farmers to make more money. Large amounts of land allow for diversification, through green credits etc. Farming used to be profitable but farms have been strangled by supermarkets and overseas competition nowadays. Many immigrant workers work seasonally and make a huge amount of money for the harvests they work, allowing them to return to their home countries for the off seasons and have enough to get by comfortably whilst living there. They WOULD NOT come here if they weren’t making a nice income from it.
