Love most of your video's, not this one. Tying on the front hook like that will delay the effectiveness of any strike as the lines pulls up the hook and stops at the sinker part of the jighead, destroying any plastic if you don't hook up. Why not just tie it on as normal and then tie a line from the eye of the jighead to the second hook? Far more effective and less risk. Just a thought.

Hi Mate, thanks for that, never tried it your way, I have seen the jig heads that have the extra loop hole at the bottom which would be perfect. The method I used in the video, I use all the time and it truely increased my catch rate. But now I am keen to give your method a shot and see if that increases my catch rate even further. Thanks for taking the time to comment much appreciated. Cheers, Rob

@@hookinmouthtackle8508 No worries, didn't want you to take it the wrong way. Just my observations. Be interested to see how it goes. I did something similar years ago with knotless hooks. ruclips.net/video/BXOtIuefT7s/видео.html

Nar I never took it to heart mate, there is many ways to skin a cat as they say. I am familiar with your videos Pete, you were a Kayak RUclips OG, you and Rhino were the inspiration to all us youtubers back in the day. I used to watch your videos all the time, always found them entertaining. Cheers

@@hookinmouthtackle8508 thank you. My old video reinforces your video about stinger hooks being a great idea on long plastics.
