I was ordered one from China, but guy says I have to wait 1,5months for shipping, I sed no way just give me back money, and I made this one, all materials coast me 70eur, and saw was old one i didnt use anymore, so im happy, some money saved and I like this kind of diys😃👍
Yes that's the problem, it will be a CHEAP table saw with appropriate quality.... If done properly, I think this will be just fine till you can get a proper cast top saw. Also remember in some of our countries, we have to improvise as we don't have alot of choices/range to choose from

Found the video while searching for accessories that would allow me to use my circular saw as a table saw on occasion. Thought to myself "Yeah! I'll just make one like the guy in the video!" Then I started watching and realized I need a lot more tools to make this than I have and I'd probably be able to just buy an inexpensive table saw (or even a used one) instead. Home Depot, Lowe's, Amazon, or Harbor Freight should send you a commission on whatever I buy! That aside, glad you were able to repurpose an older piece of equipment and get use out of it rather than simply tossing it away to landfill.
Some great work there Crafty Dude, I also loved the music, and that it wasn't too loud. What music is it? I would make separate zero-clearance inserts for 0 and 45 degree cuts to reduce tearout, and add a riving knife as others have suggested for safety. Those knobs are excellent, and with no lathe! I'm going to have a go at that. I look forward to seeing your fence design, then maybe some dust collection? No red Makita tools in Australia, and we also face a wait of many months here for tools, and don't have ready access to Baltic Birch Plywood!

I think lifting and tilting mechanism is really simple, i spend some more time for design decisions, just dont want have a tool which looks like wooden box😉😀

As so often with RUclipsrs, I just wonder how you come by Multiplex so cheap if you say all this materials cost you only 70€.
Thank you, now Im using sketchup program when Im planning my projects, but this table saw was just from my minds, all dimensions and shapes was created just in making process. Not far away from me is plywood factory, and that small pieces they sell very cheap, but it good enough for my projects👍😎

For me when it comes to plywood it's only Hardware Stores with horrendous prices of 55 to 100€/m2 for mostly uneven boards. But enough complained, thanks again for your videos, I'm looking forward to learn even more from them and your skills.
You do have to spend some time setting the saw up... blade, fence, etc. But once done, the saw is great. Fairly compact which is Nice ruclips.net/user/postUgkxXh-4_3-ZT1fFWP91ZV7iVqzElr0lEb-a I did get an Incra Miter Gauge which takes some setup as well. The stock miter gauge can be adjusted in the miter slot with a little painter's tape... this tightens up the side to side play a lot.
@@CraftyDude именно эту модель я и купил....на устранение недоработок ушел день, противоскольный вкладыш поменял на вкладыш из ламината, выточил дубовую направляющую для углового упора - люфта вообще нет, все четко, подвижной кареткой пока не пользовался, но и её можно настроить. Пришлось поработать напильником, чтоб выставить в миллиметр шкалу расстояния реза от диска до параллельного упора. Сам параллельный упор вообще не отклоняется, мертво стоит, может мне повезло. Отличный станок за свои деньги, руку пришлось приложить, не без этого. Покупкой доволен
I just found your channel and instantly subscribed! Your amazing! Can you cut sheets of plywood down with this or is it more for smaller cuts of wood? If I built this my circular saw would probably break the next day and I would have done all that work for nothing lol
