I find it very ironic how they start with rye bread, then go for remo, then torskerogn... Just put those together and you have a very decent balanced meal...

Remoulade is so yummy,liverpostej with beetroot and cucumber in my rye bread.i actually liked the caramel liquorice.i still have to try the other delicacies.
They clearly need some danish guidance in order to experience the magic of those foods, if they are combined right. Take the Remoulade, serve it with Fries and crispy skin chicken and finally after the meal, let the Cocio send you the rest of the way to food heaven... James better not interrupt when Dank Frank are enlightening and educating ! - Haha cracked me up.
