I‘m glad you reacted to this one! It really shows everyone’s capabilities in the group. Layne gets to sing a short lead line, Eli and Earl are slaying the majority of the leads, J. None on that super high note in „Saturday Night“ and Geoff of course with his wonderful solo at the end of part one. You were actually very correct about that Geoff didn’t use to sing super low notes as much back then. This is in fact his first ever recorded E1 subharmonic note. Before that he very rarely went down that deep. Nowadays we have like at least 5 super low notes in a single song. I‘m not complaining about that but I gotta admit that moments like this one in the panic! Medley had a very different feeling cause they were super special and rare!

Goeff was asked in an interview what he would tell his younger self if he could. He said it would be to keep working and he'd be able to hit that beautiful low E1 chest right before Part 2 starts. That was so thicc!

I sang too high and probably woke up my neighbours and i kinda dislocated my elbow with dancing, it happens, im fine! Amaziiiing everything

I think my favorite is the back-and-forth between We Will Rock You and Another One Bites the Dust, which literally overlap, in Queen in 5 Minutes. There's also a very instantaneous transition at one point in Mission: Jingle Bells. I'm sure there are others, but those are the examples that sprang immediately to my mind.
I always love your reactions. Please do a reaction video of Voice Plays cover of In The Hall Of The Mountain King. As you may know it was originally done as a symphony orchestra piece. No words. Voice Play mimicks the music of the orchestra & turned it into a funny Halloween cover..the things they don't do lol. Watch closely the crazy antics they do. I think Eli & Geoff could sing opera too. You will love this.

I've never been much of a Panic! fan, so listening to somebody who really knows the songs well helps show how great those transitions really are! However, the main thing I learned from these two videos is that Geoff is lovely, but can't throw for shit. Thankfully, he's better at defusing bombs. Pretty sure he is, at least.

As soon as we move into the apartment later this month, I’m going to reconnect with Peter and see what we can make happen when. Hopefully won’t be more than a month total :)
