I live in the Bay Area, but I love Uwajimaya so much. The last time I went to Seattle was in 2020, and I got a bento box with sushis inside. But after I checked out, I found out that the cashier placed the label over the word "uwaji", the other half, "Maya" was left out. Maya is actually my GF's name, so I kept the bento and gave it to her after I returned to the Bay Area.

Gosh I remember pre-covid that food court was a battlefield when trying to find a spot to sit at. They had long tables that everyone sat at, and it was crowded but not stifling. Just organized chaos

I would love to see down each aisle. It felt like you were in a bit of a rush. Good video though, I love this place.
