In the mid 90s, Bellevue people got their cars vandalized in Seattle and walking Bellevue meant soaping the bank fountain. Disgusting that Eastside trash is allowed anywhere in Puget Sound. They tear down neighborhoods to build mixed use buildings and worship Paris Hilton Clones.

Too much crime and noise.

The remodel made the place infinitely more bland. The old look was fun to go inside. There was a cafe at the ground floor that they removed. This place cannot be saved by independent businesses, they simply don't appeal enough to the average shop goer.
