Having worked in downtown Edmonds for over 20 years, and lived in the area for decades, I've walked these streets countless times. It's a great little "downtown" that's a "secret" to most.

Great view of the concert on everyone's cellphone screens. If it wasn't for that you couldn't see anything on stage because of all the cellphones. What a strange obsession people have with sticking their phones in the air like that at concerts.

The really sad thing about Sears is that, like many old-line companies, they brought in a new CEO who knew nothing of the business (in this case, mercantilism,) but, instead, was merely an accountant tasked with meeting the next quarter's "numbers." Otherwise, Sears was perfectly positioned to become what is Amazon today. Sears already carried everything, had an unbeatable distribution network and number of stores, knew everything about the product lines they carried, etc. All of this happened just as the Internet was coming to life. What a waste.

Those sad wreaths, pathetic attempt at Christmas decor. This store has three floors. Other two must be closed. They never could get the A/C to work right on the third. I may have seen some of you when I was up there assembling bikes and exercise equipment.

Seattleite here. I guess I shouldn't be surprised it's so ugly. Obviously it will not be able to be maintained by private security forever, so expect closures of certain areas, reduced access, or a little surcharge for a "WalkPass" or something. What's odd is that before, you could easily walk down there by many different options with or without stairs. But I guess 23 years of construction made people forget about that. Oh well, enjoy the big blank overpass while you can.

Brutalist architecture, a big ugly overpass. They're using private security to keep the vandalism and squalor at bay for now. But with no hope of businesses opening up there they'll begin charging for access to parts of it (Get your EcoWalkPass today!) OR cede areas to the surrounding vagrancy.

so glad to find your video. Is 1 hour and 10 minutes enough time for domestic connecting flight with Alaska at Seattle airport? We will be flight with Alaska from Dulles airport to SEA-TAC airport then we will have 1 hr 10 min to take a connecting flight (same airline, Alaska) to Hawaii. This is our first time at the Seattle airport. Thanks for your video.

Are you kidding me? You must have never traveled much to call this one of the best airports in the US. Seasoned travelers consider it thr worst in the US, and in the world for being a huge jnternational travel hub. Longest tsa lines, very little dining or food choices, everything scattered apart, lines sometimes going out into the parking garage. Parking sucks big time. Like everything seattle, not enough space or capacity for the increasing population. Also it being far south of Seattle anyone living in the north sound often has a 2-3 hr drive to airport whilst hitting dense downtown traffic. I've traveled all over the world and I am from WA so believe me, this airport sucks.

You might want to have your legs checked out, I don’t think they are supposed to make a whirring sound while you’re peddling.
