Really enjoying this part of the build, your attention to detail is to be applauded. Thank you Jason
Hi Jason,
Missed the live stream last night.
Catching up now,the build is coming along nice.
Really cool model. 👍
Would love to build this one day.
Just found your site, I'm currently building the Trumpeter Titanic with the KA upgrade kit etc it's been a slow build because of all the inaccuracies but hey that's modelling for you.
Not going to be able to make it tonight, but have left a compulsory raised digit
Thanks Buddy, catch up soon
Great build, but your Proxxon does not sound healthy :)
Hi Jason, I have noticed that the plastic model has wooden decks, ( raised plastic) you did not sand this down. Are you going to. The glue on the wooden deck will only sit on top of the plastic ridges, the wooden deck between the ridges would not be stuck, would the cause the wooden deck to become unstock over time? Thank you.
@@michaelcox7564 you’re more likely to have a problem with deck addition from not ensuring correct fit first. The vast majority of the deck adhesive is in contact with the plastic surface. I would only sand the deck if it’s an old model with raised caulking lines
Could the missing watertight door be, bad photos not showing doors or door added after the plans drawn or in a min refit.
Would not encourage anyone to purchase any of these large kits. Costly enough, but accuracy seems to be lacking big time.
More so with Scharnhorst than the others in fairness and the Hood is very good, probably the best one
