I saw you play this last night in Columbus, Ohio. That was such a powerful performance. I was crying by the end of it. Thank you for being such an amazing performer.
Dear Frank, thank you for sharing these small pieces of your soul with us Sincerely, every person who has felt comforted, seen, and supported by your music ❤
It‘s the best song you‘ve ever written. It makes me cry whenever I listen to it, because it feels like you wrote this song about me … I cry even more right now for my wife just left me 2 weeks ago, because I am the guy in this song and that was the problem in our 5 year relationship. Funnily enough, your music brought us together back then...
I love you Frank! Please never stop expressing. It's hope inducing. And just quite lovely to listen to. Blessings from the Vancouver Island Canada area. 😉🤗😘 Reconciliation and befriending the Self is the hardest work we'll ever do. But what else is there?
Ok so listening to the album I had this as my second favorite track on it, just ever so slightly behind East Finchley, But this version... stripping it back to just vocals and guitar does so much to enhance the intensely personal feeling that already made the song oh so good. I don't think this version takes the spot of my all time favorite song from A Wave Across A Bay but I think the fact it makes me consider it at all and that they are both your songs says a lot...
Not just best song on the record, your best song ever Frank.

This guy always manages to confront me with my inner demons but in a wonderful way.

Love this song so much, one of the best you’ve ever written Frank!! I change the lyric “Half” for “All” in my case!

Just saw this at your acoustic set at 2000 trees and it really moved me. Can't wait to see what else you got in your arsenal of music!
