1:102:00 खाली दही पेट खाने पर ये अंदर के कीङे खाएगा , रोटी , रायते आदि के साथ nutrition का काम करेगा 2:48 गल्ले /टुकङे वाली दही की तासीर गर्म होती है जब तक इसको फैंटते नहीं हैं 4:21 मौसम - हर मौसम में खाई जा सकती है लेकिन बर्सात में नहीं ; बर्सात में जब धूप नहीं निकलती , नमी रहती है , बलगम खांसी होने के chances रहते हैं , उस समय दही नहीं देते । 5:00 घुटनों का दर्द वाले - पुरानी दही , फ्रिज की दही , खट्टी दही बिल्कुल नहीं लेनी ;; दो चार चममच fresh ताजी दही , थोङी सी सौंठ मिलाकर ले सकते हैं , छाछ भी ले सकते हैं सौंठ डालकर 5:40 कोई कोई 100 में से 2 को सौंठ वाली भी suit नहीं करता वो अपना देख लेना । 6:09 नमक डालें की नहीं आदि रायता बना रहे हो तो नमक डाल सकते हैं लेकिन नमक rock salt पहाङी नमक , समुद्री नमक नहीं मीठी दही खानी हो तो इसमें गुङ नहीं डालना शक्कर डालें , चीनी नहीं उससे अच्छा है फीकी ही खा लें 7:15 जब acidity , liver गर्मी पित्त हो तब दही में शक्कर व जब गैस आदि हो तब नमक काली मिर्च जीरा डालकर खाएं अगर लगता है कफ है और दही खाना ही चाहते हैं तो नमक काली मिर्च हल्की सी दालचीनी डालकर खाएं 8:20 8:30 सूरज ढलने के बाद दही कोई भी ना खाए , कफ करेगी नजला जुकाम एल्रजीज , जोङों में दर्द आदि 9:10 दही का रायता लौकी आदि का , फ्रूट आदि का बना सकते हैं , खीरे का नहीं मना किया है वाग्भट्ट जी ने तली हुई पकौङियां डालकर भी हमेशा ना खाएं कभी कभार साल में एक दो बार ले लेते हैं तो चल जाता है ।

he said unmixed curd is hot but stirred is cold and if you add some water and stir then also its cold. Now its upto you sir what nature of curd you want to eat. But according to me in mornings of winter we need hot natured curd and in summers mornings cold natured. When i would go to school in early morning on empty stomach i used to eat unstirred curd,without salt and sugar and that was really powerful and then i used to go school. As for quantity if someone is healthy,has no diabetes,blood pressure,joint pain,allergies etc. then one can eat 250 gms to 350 gms daily in morning
