As a retired librarian/media specialist and avid reader, I have to say that I 100% LOVE these ideas! I have done crafts with books before and have seen videos where so many people freak out about "destroying" books. To me, it is such an inspiration to take a book and use it to decorate with, even if it has been altered. These are all adorable and I am headed to DT to get some books and supplies! I don't know if I can pick a favorite, but my top 3 are the Nativity, the snowman napkin one, and the 1/2 melted snowman. Thanks for sharing these!

The book that is a floral arrangement is lovely! I couldn’t help but think that a piece of ribbon across the arrangement would make it stand out. Or one from each side and tie a bow in the middle would be another option.

The book vase of holiday foliage is delightful. If paired with those darling literary trees, what a charming display near bookshelves or for a teacher's classroom. Here’s a tip. To paint those small pieces, use a small gel plate ( I have a 5 x7 that I use). The gel plate will hold your pieces still while you paint. You won’t have to hold.
