How absolutely adorable is this!!! Love the quilting technique and can't wait to try it out myself (my kind of quilting these days!) and that embossing folder really is quite exceptional. Love the cute little Ladybug too ... I could sit and watch you colour all day, Tina! Not only love the finished card, but love how much you so obviously enjoy what you're doing and so glad you opted for turning the camera on while you were in the creative process! Thanks so much, lovely! So so fun!!! Happy crafting weekend! 🐞👏🏻💕
Hey! You're able to leave comments again! YAY! Glad you got your 'puter sorted out. Hope you find some time to create and relax. Have more kitty photos to send to you later today too! xoxox
First time watching your video enjoyed it instructions clear and you spoke slowly for a 89 year old soon to be 90 I have been making cards for over 49 years And I live in Ontario I have subscribed
You are amazing as always, Tina!!! It's Valentine's Day today, so happy VALENTINE's DAY to you and all of your subscribers! The lady bug card makes me smile!

This is amazing and has helped me soooooo much!!! Thank you so much for showing these amazing techniques & card!!!! I am a stamping up demonstrator too, but I don't do much with it.
I’m a hobby demo.....this is the first time seeing this quilting and embossing technique. I’ll have to C.A.S.E. your technique using the same DSP, which I love. Thanks for the video.
Great tutorial , gorgeous card 🤗 I can’t wait to give it a go ❣️ Thanks for sharing 🥰 A couple of days later I cut up a bunch of DSP scraps into squares and made a couple of these backgrounds. Next I plan on using my huge assortment of embossing folders to finish up several beautiful cards. You're an inspiration!
Hi Abbie. So glad you enjoyed this technique. The possibilities are endless, with papers and embossing folders, right? I'm sure you're having a great time with this background. HAPPY STAMPING! xx
I loved the quilting technique very much, and think you covered just to much of it... simply too beautiful to hide under big hearts. I liked it so much that I'm gonna use it on my cards and try also some rectangle shapes arround the edge... quilting girls do fabulous jobs on their pieces, that's why I'm gonna try more variations, as I love experimenting... Thank you for sharing the idea!
@@Serenestamper I started right away and I had so much fun that I didn't want to stop,... My daugter is turning 18 this week and she loves black/white combinations... and I added red, to make it a bit vivace... I think, I'm gonna make much more of this technique as it's so nice...but as I wanted to add the photo of the card, I realized, I don't know, how... So, I'm gonna post it on FB, if you want, you can look it on my profile, an yes, I will menthion you...
Hello Tina, this is Sandi a demonstrator from Vanderhoof BC. Just found your page... lovely work! I have this stamp set but not the embossing folder ( will have to remedy that!) , and yes, I'm also a quilter. Love this card! Great way to use up scraps too!
@@SerenestamperTina , I have to thank you that you have shared this video with this technic, it has give me a lot of inspiration,, it was awesome, thanks!!!!
I was wondering what colour a ladybug's belly is, too, so I looked it up... black/grey in the middle, blending out to orange at the edges. Only when I coloured mine, I managed to get it backwards. I don't think anyone will notice! I fell in love with this set at OnStage, and had to buy it right away. I couldn't wait to earn it! Beautiful card!
Absolutely love the technique & papers you used, Tina, love everything. You're right - the embossing folder is gorgeous but i cannot comprehend why it has to be 6x6 . I haven't seen anyone use it at that size - everyone cuts it down. Can you let me know what the reasoning is? Please?
Oh Tina.......these cards are almost as pretty as you are! I just love watching your creativity as it happens! Your videos are the best!
Aww, Debbie - you always make me smile, with your sweet words. THANK YOU! xx
