I went to a local car shop that sells lights and they ordered them for me. You can try to search up nite-lux and see if you can find them online, or you can try finding a local place in your area as well and ask.

Travis LORD the same bulbs were used for both the headlights and the fog lights
did you quit making videos about your evo?
I only made one video on my evo and this was it. The reason I made this was because at the time there was no videos on how to install fog lights

Yes these were plug n play, I think all LED bulbs are plug n play but if you are going to go with HID you are most likely going to need a ballast
