Second, you will need help at home during the recovery. Especially those "supermoms" that are used to taking care of everyone else. You will need help to take care of you! Plan ahead to have family, friends to help! Third, make sure you have planned enough time off from work. Nothing worse than going back too soon and you aren't ready.
