Tears....what a moving story and a lovely couple. I recall how shocked I was when I first arrived in Tasmania from the UK in the 70s, that homosexuality was illegal. I'd visit Salamanca Market and Rodney Croome would be there week after week gathering signatures for his petition to have homosexuality decriminalised. He finally succeeded, but it took almost 30 more years. My heart goes out to all those who have struggled and suffered in the past, and those who still do, as there's still a way to go simply because of how society looks upon and treats them just for being who they are. It's a tragic injustice - but these two loving young men have found eachother and through their love are giving eachother the strength to jump the hurdles that still lie ahead. Best of luck to them from a caring 76 year old xx
