I have two points to break down in my comment for this video: Point one There's a principle we were taught in the military: "The mission comes first, then the men and finally myself." What this means in essence is that you as a man should prioritise your mission and purpose, whatever that is, then you focus on the people who are going to be instrumental to fulfilling the mission, taking care of their needs and providing them with what they need to help you fulfil the mission objective. Lastly your own emotions and feelings come. This isn't a form of self deprecation, on the contrary because when you become a man of value and can take care of the things that other people struggle with, they (as in the right people for you) will innately take care of you so you don't have to worry too much about yourself. Point two This is related to what Hamza said about "Not being in competition with other men. If you're in your 20's you should feel disgraced with yourself and its not a competition with yourself." Slight paraphrasing however stay with me. My interpretation of this since I'm 28 years old now, having only started my own journey 2 years ago since leaving the army with the typical Jeffrey mindset. Whether you're 13 or 30, you have to take into consideration that we all start at different places and so yes, you are in a competition with yourself because it is the foundation phase of rediscovering who you really are. Now from this phase once you've understood who you are as a person and you've cultivated those habits of consistent improvement, you are then competing against other men. Do not get it twisted, it is a race however before you can even get into the race you need to qualify yourself and the quality of your habits will greatly determine what position you set off in that race. Then it's up to you to maintain them because you best believe there's always someone who's hungry for what you have. Win the war, one battle at a time boys. Good luck to you all
how can you be a jeffrey if you were in the army? this structure at least teaches some men skills not to mention physique upgrading, you are probably just self reproaching or smth
@@жанклодвандамм-д7д I get where you're coming from. I say that because while I was in the military I was still immature and was involved in the degenerate behaviours. On the flip side I learned skills that a lot of men don't possess and now I'm at a point where I can reflect on my life and I feel the ethos and values of being a soldier embodied within me more than ever, people are now commenting on it and they notice how I move differently. Who I was back then was a very different version of who I am now, mainly separated by mindset and behaviours.
@@JJJJ-lk8wj i ve been in the military "thing" for a month only. even though in my country it differs not from other countries but from city to city but even a single month was enough for me to understand that in this structure it is very hard to live a normal life because you either have to be there for years to adapt or have a world class sense of humour, but still army makes a man more masculine and responsible
I am fully indulging in self improvement, i’m sick of lounging around knowing what to do and not acting on it. Hamza you have showed me a clear path and today I am going down that road. More young men should watch and learn from you, not from these backpill and bluepill people everywhere. It’s time guys become men including myself.
The only thing I disagree with is being in competition/race with other men. I'm focused on improving myself, I couldn't really give a shit what other guys who arent my friends do, I'm at most apathetic towards them.
You don't know how much I had to scroll down to find a critical/sceptical comment in this section. People are forgetting to be sceptical and to question EVERYTHING you consume. Being a follower without an own personality just makes you the ultimate beta
I think what he means is: You should compare your habits and lifestyle to other people and aim to improve yourself more effectively than they do. Don't compare your current state to other people's current state. A person's state is the result of living a certain lifestyle for years.
Bro Hamza calling 90% of his community lonely virgins had me rolling on the floor, I feel like he's expressing genuine hatred towards the person he used to be and finds it tragic for other men to be stuck at that stage.

I think we should use social media good and not scroll our lives away. We can use it for businesses or building a following that knows you
@@r3mo991 everyone says that but we all end up death scrolling or end up in the cycle it is best for us go quit social media if we can for the best 👌
@@ilyrain3540 I also watch this RUclips channel called the CEO of Testosterone. He also makes self-development vids. He said that a good social media following and the stuff that you post like going to a nice restaurant with your friends and some nice pics can make a girl you like know you and feel safe around you. It’s also good for networking as it’s good for businesses and making money
I have two points to break down in my comment for this video:
Point one
There's a principle we were taught in the military: "The mission comes first, then the men and finally myself."
What this means in essence is that you as a man should prioritise your mission and purpose, whatever that is, then you focus on the people who are going to be instrumental to fulfilling the mission, taking care of their needs and providing them with what they need to help you fulfil the mission objective. Lastly your own emotions and feelings come.
This isn't a form of self deprecation, on the contrary because when you become a man of value and can take care of the things that other people struggle with, they (as in the right people for you) will innately take care of you so you don't have to worry too much about yourself.
Point two
This is related to what Hamza said about "Not being in competition with other men.
@@жанклодвандамм-д7д You'd ne surprise how many military people struggle to adapt tp normal life without the military structure
This community is amazing when you have bros like you posting comments such as the above - thank you
Thankyou Hamza
I am fully indulging in self improvement, i’m sick of lounging around knowing what to do and not acting on it. Hamza you have showed me a clear path and today I am going down that road. More young men should watch and learn from you, not from these backpill and bluepill people everywhere. It’s time guys become men including myself.
That is so awesome to hear bro! Keep going no matter the hardships and always remember discipline over motivation!

"What's the point of competing, if u don't wanna be number 1 "
Thanks hamza for teaching the importance of this life
one of ur best videos
@@MrShadw-vi9wx Hamza’s advice is generally good, but his fanboys are delusional quite often. But hey, what else do you expect from 13 year old boys.

"unacceptable" to do anything except be productive 24/7 is pretty crazy but i get that there are some people out there who need to hear that.
