Great video. The screech at 2:30 is the clutch shoes against the bell (same concept as brake squeal) - just clean up the mating surfaces and you're good to go. Leave the rubbers seals in place, but remove the O-rings during cleaning, because they may swell from the solvent. Glad you managed to keep your lovely shoes white, lol! Twist and go!!! 🙂
Ok, so some things you could consider doing are lightening the rollers to allow for a better take off, get some 1000rpm clutch springs, a 1000rpm centre/contra spring, and make sure your belt has good fitment. For example, make sure it is riding all the way to the top of the rear pulley. You could also purchace a upgrade clutch and rear pulley with a well fitted belt too along with a variator with a wider diameter. Other than that, you can play about with the jetting on your carb and it may improve top speed. Hope this helps!
It’s kind of a 2 part thing. I did the clutch work one day and then the gear oil change the next day. The gear oil change took longer than expected as I had to wait for a gasket but it’s coming up in the next video. Thanks for watching dude!

What type of grease did you use on the inside of the pulley?
I think change oil of eng and gear interval 4 to 6k
sir what center spring and clutch is appropriate for a standard 50cc?
It depends on what modifications have been done and what scooter it is and what you’re hoping to achieve.
What scooter do you own?
@@thaitorque8847 honda dio af18.. im planning to stay on a stock engine displacement (50cc) but i am looking a way to increase the top speed.
