  • In this video I went to Metropark, New Jersey where I was able to catch some afternoon traffic along the Northeast corridor. In this video I was able to catch a few trains such as Amtrak Northeast corridor train, the Keystone, and even the Acela. For NJ Transit I was able to capture the express train and the regional train that makes all the stops along the corridor in NJ. Even though I wasn't able to capture it, but I was also able to talk to one of the engineers of an Amtrak train. Hope everyone enjoys the videos and if you want to comment tell me something cool love to get to build my railfan crew community!!!! #railfanusa #FYP #passengertrain #NortheastCorridor #Amtrak #NJTransitRail #CrazyCoolTrains #TrainsBeGoingFast

Nice capture of the "Disco Stripe" ALP-46A No. 4640 at the 1:14 mark.

I notice most are locomotive hauled/pushed, why not EMU's (eclectic multiple units) and why that annoying bell ringing when there is a platform?

Mostly due to the need to change from diesel-electric to/from electric. The other reason why is that railcars need to be shuffled around ALOT.
The bell of the trains is used to alert passengers and crews that a train is moving (up to 40mph or at passing stations).
