Have always loved the ‘flower power’ endearment of Groovy! I hope we can get back to the spirit of love and goodwill of those times! Thanks for reminding me ! H
How cool is that - very, very cool - and elegant !
🙏💖🙏💖
I have been watching for several weeks, both current and back catalogue videos. I think this piece is my favorite.
Same!
Ah, what a rollercoaster! First the sharpie background. I thought " don't touch it, it looks so good!". Then you added the elememts and talked about adding more - "no! Don't touch it!"... then the bronze... "it looks so good!".
💖🙏🏻
Very cool 😎👍🏼
A monochromatic masterpiece! I was thrilled to see more complex shapes and metallic gives it a sophisticated elegance...bravo, Fulton!
Thanks so much!
Brilliant!! This is one of my favorites! I too, love the mid-century modern aesthetic, so this piece is absolutely inspiring!!
Absolutely beautiful! I love it!
Thank you so much!
Fulton, sweetheart…when you were cleaning your plate with the spray bottle & sponge, was that just soapy water? Silly question…yet; no question be wrong! Isn’t it interesting, how most all of your viewers, really respond to the metallics? Thank you for your transparent nature, in sharing with us all!🌿
Hi Michele, no question is silly! The solution in the spray bottle is water with about a tablespoon of dishwashing liquid. It helps soften the acrylic paints on the plate, especially after they have sat for awhile. I know I will get flak from frightened viewers about scrubbing my plate, by hey, it works for me! BTW thanks for your devoted viewership!
So groovy ! Luv luv luv . it literally swings!
Nice,nice!!!!!
How cool ? WAY COOL !!! Kind regards - Judi - Australia👍👍👍
I love this piece.
this is such a good luck piece as it was my first sale!
This may be my favorite print. Stunning.
Yes…atmospheric!
You rock! That’s a gorgeous piece.
Thanks so much!
Really fabulous color combinations - the more I experiment with the large plate(s), the more I am attracted to any result (not necessarily planned) that has a mid century modern feel. Thank you for sharing!
This is fantastic! I am happy you're venturing into the metallics! This is one of my favorite pieces that I've seen you create thus far. Bravo!
Meraviglioso... complimenti.👏
6:50 ... Bamboo, that's what it looks like ... 😊

You nailed it, my friend! Congrats.
Zo mooi , prachtig!! Dankjewel 👏👏👌🇱🇺🤗
Echt heel erg bedankt! 🙏🏻
You definitely captured the retro feel. Inspiring! Thank you for sharing your talents. I know you work very hard at your art.
Cool result. Am loving the bronze on the off white paint and black collage
Cool 😎
It's super!
🙏💖
Love this piece, and great to see you do a layer over the collage. I love the metallics too. Bronze on this is great.
Love all your work and now this one is my new fav! SO cool and groovy! 😊Thank you for sharing.
I really enjoy your mark making and line work! More more with your stencils and overlays 👍
Gorgeous! Fantastic colors and shapes. You are so good at what you do.
I just love this print!!! One of my favorites!
Wonderful
Exactly what I am looking for!!!!!
Wonderful piece! The bronze is fantastic!!
This may be my favorite! It's beautiful. Was sort of holding my breath while you decided if you'd go for one more layer. Understandable that you'd consider, but glad you didn't.
Really smart, thank you for sharing
I used to use modpodge, but changed to golden Matt medium,it works really well.Fabulous video again,Thank you.
Love your work and especially this one!!
Really beautiful! Love the blend of collage and print. Didn't know you could use sharpie on a plate too. Thanks!
I really love this one, Thanks again for the inspiration.
Love it! One of my favorites!!!
Totally Awesome. ❤
Loved this! Groovy indeed!
Lovely result, I like it!
You are very groovy
Gorgeous
Delicious result! Thanks...
amazing result, groovy and classy!
Thanks Don!
I began collating with Mod Podge too until someone suggested I use diluted Elmers - works as well as Mod Podge and even cheaper. I often use matte medium to pick up the ghost print. Your work is great!
I love this. It’s understated yet completely interesting. You have inspired me to upgrade to… an A4 plate (8x11 inches) 😂. Currently using a 5x7.
I just love your art so much, you know right away it’s you!
Beautiful.
The lines are like snippets of engineers projects for suspended bridges and the like, complemented by contrasting metallic cutout forms, like the leftovers in a metal workers shop, hence the retro modernist feel.
Perhaps this idea was the last thing on your mind but hey, the viewer makes the picture.
I think if you turn it 90 degrees to the left it looks even groovier in my eyes !!
Groovy, groovier, grooviest! 😸
This really came out fabulous!
You are recently using the two plates to make big prints. Have you ever tried to make home-made gelatin plates? I do because I can't get the commercial ones in my place. One advantage they have is that one can make different sizes, even very big ones. I thought about that when I saw you fusing the two plates. And since they can be melted and poured again into other formats and so reused for years, they are very price affordable too.
I love watching the process on your videos.
I don't know what you used to clean your plate but that sponge looked like it would scratch. I use baby oil and paper towels. It gets it very clean and conditions it too.
I use mild detergent and microfiber. As an extremely heavy user I'm not concerned about scratches, haven't had problems since day one ( almost a year now.)
This is stunning! 29:51
Have you used the tape that lifted in a collage?
A wonderful result! Thanks for the video!!! What paper do you use for printing? Thank you again !👍

Thank you very much, health and creative success !!! 👍
I really like this! Please tell me, what will you do with it? Frame it in glass? I’m very curious.
Hi Janice! I'm very happy to say this piece was sold to a very appreciative viewer. Thanks for watching!
Is there a video about your stencils? They look unique
ruclips.net/video/aVlpc5pXo-g/видео.html Thanks for watching!
Terrific piece. Using the metallic really adds to these pieces. This may be a strange question but I'm wondering if you know of a black paper I can use in this printing process. I am interested in using light colors and metallics in my prints.

@ArtWhisperer88 thank you 😊
How do you like Lukas paint ? I got some of that arctic you always use 😊 btw, never got an answer …. what do you use to clean your plate between pieces ?
watch my videos for the answer. There are 380 of them. chances are I have covered the topic.

Can sharpie pen come off a gel plate? I thought it was permanent
"permanent" is a relative term. The stain comes right off with baby oil or citrus oil and a rag.
@@artwhisperer88 thank you for clarifying. I was unsure whether to use it on mine :)
I cringe when I see you lift the stencils with a craft knife, worried you might cut the surface but you are so carefull thank goodness it works,I use those kids glue spreaders, they work.
Thanks for your concern but I have many years of knife experience as an amateur cook. Cutting raw sweet potato or squash is more challenging!
The bronze adds a nice warmth but still stays within those monochromatic parameters you hoped for. Nice result.
