From the video we cannot tell if the learner indicated left to show he/she was leaving the roundabout at the next exit, if they indicated and the black car still went in the way they did, would that also be a fail? In this scenario what would have been the best course of action for the learner driver that would not have resulted in a fail? Also, i feel the black car did not obey the give way sign.
At that roundabout they took it close to the centre. Not to excuse the vehicle in question but had they been in the left hand lane their intentions would of been more clear. Car still shouldn’t of gone but I assume they figured they were turning right, not going straight
Em, Watch again, its single lane entry and its a spiral. You are trying to shoe horn defaults roundabout rules to a spiral. Its a single lane and position is clear. You would never pull out if a vehicle was in lane 2 and you are turning left so, yeh, you need some roundabout knowledge clearly.
