I will never understand why people prefer the cabover look to the long nose style. Who wouldn't want to look out at that long hood with the riveted metal. It's like flying in a B17 bomber plane
Nice! I’m guessing this is Lookout Pass. I drove up that going the opposite direction in a company truck during a blizzard. I would have loved to do it in a nice truck like this one!
Damn...sure would make a better video, if he let viewers know, where he was leaving from and going to and what highway or interstate he might be traveling on...just a suggestion.
Love this vid esp, bc w having to be "still" like you kinda. Im mostly paralyzed from my M.S. now, after 35 normal yrs of living. I loved driving. Still love do ! And love "reading" the road, w your vids i do. Im infatuated w Semi's. Have been since i was 3.5 years old. 😂 ( Im just 60 yo now😢) , No radio actually helps me lay still comfotably for these long times. Be safe. God bless ya 😊
Dam bro sure looks like you drove right past my city I live in Livingston Montana and it looks very familiar would’ve pretty cool to meet ya haha keep up the good work and awesome videos! 😎
There’s a 1UZ ski boat that goes on our river about twice a year and it’s pretty much just headers and the girls all look at me like I’m crazy because whenever I hear it I act like I just ate a chocolate but they HATE it. But it sounds SO beautiful and so does this. 🤓😁
That's a mighty sweet looking truck...inside and out. I'd like to ask you a question... What is the purpose of the extended area behind the cab (where the trailer connects)? Most trucks seem to have trailers that connect closer to the cab...but I've noticed some that are extended, like the one you drive. What is the purpose of that extended area?
Mainly for show trucks but it's hard to back up in really tight places. It's better to have the short wheel base trucks plus better fuel mileage on the short wheelbase trucks less drag.
You know how do you find these kinds of jobs with these nice rigs, and regional routes? I'm thinking about doing something like this going OTR but home weekly again. I'm not having luck finding any other local jobs and my current job is treating me very terribly. I'm a Tucson, AZ resident, and I have 3 years CDL A driving, can drive stick and always wanted to be able to drive a nice W900, or 379/389 like this. If anyone from the area has pointers, or advice how to find these kinds of jobs, I'd appreciate any guidance.
Love hearing the old Kitty cat purr ❤

25:30 Now That's a gorgeous freaking view!!!!
What a beautiful sky.❤
Old trucker once told me:
"You go down the mountain the right way every time.
You go down it the wrong way once."
Sort of similar to what an old biker once told me...
"There Are Only Two Kinds Of Bikers, Those Who Have Been Down...And Those Who Are Going Down."
@@gregsolomonboth of these statements are true 😊
Heck this is the best video you've had in a long time can't wait till I'm on the road with my own pete

@@gregsolomon stretched trucks ride smoother and look cooler thats about it for the upsides which I say is pretty worth it
Mens ASMR 😂 True lol i slept while listening to it
What does ASMR stand for?? 😂
@@debbiebjorklund3241 The title was mens asmr before, now it's 4k asmr, anyway it stands for "autonomous sensory meridian response" aka asmr
I miss the shower pole ASMR videos. Looking at the gauges and stuff with those stacks just ripping away.
“Shower pole”😂😂
@@quyenlowe2684 Yes he used to mount his camera to a shower pole inside of the truck which showed the dash area and stuff.
I know he used to mount it to a pole but common it was a stainless pole definitely a “shower” pole 😂😂
Talk about Tupperware torpedo 😂
Nice ASMR
At 11:30 just listened to that Pete will ya. Oh yeahhhhhhhhhhh.
Now you are talkin’. Come on!!❤
Wish we had an engine like this for ATS
There’s heaps that sound like this. I have a catC15 running in my Rollins that sounds as good as this.

The gap between your hood and your cab is getting worse
