Que c’est beau, interprétation musique instrumentale de l’ensemble DIDONE ABBANDONATA grandiose. L’ensemble qui a été créé en 2015 par deux jeunes musiciens spécialisés dans la musique ancienne, par le désir d’explorer le répertoire de la musique du XVIIe et XVIIIe siècles. NINA PRZEWOZNIAK maitrise le violon Baroque, tandis que FRANCESCO OLIVERO excelle au théorbe. Il ont joué dans de nombreux orchestres nationaux et internationaux dans les festivals italiens et européens bravo pour la carrière musicale extraordinaire qui font. HENRY PURCELL qui a régné sur le monde musical anglais au XVIIe siècle, et a déjà composé les œuvres qui aujourd’hui encore font de lui un compositeur, de génie incontournable {DIDO AND AENEAS {1689} {KING ARTHUR {1691} ODE à SAINTE-CÉCILE {1692}, SONATES. S’agissant de sa musique, on se demande surtout par quel miracle un compositeur qui écrivit pour une époque aussi différente de la nôtre nous émeut encore profondément aujourd’hui. La noblesse, la fraîcheur, la robustesse, l’humour, la fantaisie, la poésie, la tendresse, la sensualité, le sens du tragique, tout cela, la musique de HENRY PURCELL nous l’offre avec concision qui entretient sans cesse l’émotion. Mais ce qui rend l’œuvre de PURCELL inaltérable, c’est la vérité profondément humaine des émotions qu’elle suscite. Merci pour ce chef-d’œuvre, et ce grand moment de musique Baroque avec HENRY PURCELL, l’ensemble DIDO ABBANDONATA exceptionnel, et cette vidéo magnifique que j’ai énormément aimé bravo.

The Chaconne was entitled: "The dance for the Chinese Man and Woman" by Purcell. It is played towards the end of the Fairy Queen to honor Queen Mary II's extraordinary china collection.
