  • Rehouse of the New GUINEA BLACK FURY and care
    The arrival of our Orphnaecus dichromatus, the New Guinea Black Fury from Papua New Guinea is a terrestrial spider with a bad reputation for being very aggressive and super fast, and very little else is known about this stunning looking spider and a very welcome addition to the collection where we will attempt to breed these wonderful spiders and learn about there requirements.

Another cracking vid i went moss hunting the other day and scored big, way more than i could ever use in 1 spot so took a small amount (tiny bit more than i needed). Noticed some small woodlice in it not sure if they will be an issue im guessing not? The area it was from is free from foot traffic, animals and away from any pesticide spraying.

      @daveslittlebeasties  3 года назад +1

      Hi Jay, yes Raggy Ts on facebook is a very good group and helpful for beginners , if you have NO prior experience with spiders or reptiles I would go for some of the slower new world species , saying that I do believe that your choice should be based on how you react rather than how the spider reacts , so if your fairly calm and dont jump easily then you have a bit more choice , but if you do jump easily then go for something a little more sedate, join the group mention you have been advised to join and why and there will be a wealth of advise and recommendations of what spiders you could look at , theres too many too list here,i look forward to seeing you in the group👍👍👍
