Did you make a video of your chute motor retrofit? That’s pretty sweet!

Worked decent but would like to get a better transfer system. The Belt is rubber and does skip with heavy wet snow... Maybe a small chain and gear next time.

Extend the discharge chute, and put an actuator on it, you won’t get buried so bad with snow, and you won’t have to dismount to adjust the deflection.👍 Adjust the clutch a bit, it’s slipping under load.

Yeah I thought about adding an extension but I did add sides so it focuses a lot better where the snow is actually shot. And as far as the deflection to raise or lower the angle of discharge I saw that there are electric actuators that move pretty quick that can be ran from the dash which I like the idea of. We just don't have snow regularly enough for me to worry that much about it especially because I have a big 4x4 truck and we don't have sidewalks on our side of the street LOL. And yeah as far as the clutch I've adjusted it a few times I think I need to get new clutch shoes for the PTO and then clean up the one meeting surface for the engine and I think that'll help to stop the squealing. Thank you very much for the great suggestions though and for watching the channel I appreciate it! Only thing I ask is if you have a favorite video please share it one time as well as the channel on your social media accounts to spread the word about the channel to help me grow! Thank you very much and take care

The chute is operated by a GMC window motor that I wired up to a 4 pin trailer plug.

Where did you get that rear hitch? Did you make it? I need weight on the rear of my 520 as well. I will have to check out Wheel Parts and more too, I got my front hitch from Glenn.

I believe he's still on a Wheel Horse forum. If you go to the Wheel Horse forum you can do a search for it and he should pop up in the for sale Section
