Clean water is a priority for all levels of government. A backhoe, some pvc pipe, a water source, lake, river, creek, well and a water filter. Not hard. Pay cut for senators and mps, premieres, and mayors. Problem solved.
There also seems to be millions if not billions of tax payers money to line the pockets of munitions investors. Keep that money here for Canadians for housing food ,medical infrastructure, decent pensions, education, etc... let the billionaires pay for their own investments.
