Josh played the bass, guitar, and drums, all on his guitar and it sounded beautiful. And it was funny when Anthony forgot the lyrics even when it was in front of him.
Next album will be a big event,it is going to be a masterpiece.I wish not to hear about the John and Josh thing again,negative thoughts keep for yourself.I am so proud on them,they still got that something that moves them to make a good music on stage.Othersde is first song that got me in them,it is also my favorite,AK and JK are my 2 favorites from RHCP,so this completely made my day.RHCP
Josh was great here... but you have to watch Otherside at Slane Castle and you'll see John was in god-level in that performance... and the way he finished the song... was epic!
You can tell he's struggling vocal wise, but he's sitting and maybe he didn't feel support since bass and drums ain't there. And yea he's old and blah blah blah. And many say he sucks way before this. But He can kick you ass!

For AK to sing live at so many live 2hr gigs will have an effect on your throat, He does well to sing so much. Ive heard him live and he sounds great but i couldnt sing that much without my throat getting croaky so ppl stop going on about a hard worked throat. you try it!
That's actually not true - there are plenty of singers that can pull off 2hrs of singing with the same quality, like Sting. Good technique and good maintenance of your voiuce will keep it in shape for way longer than 2 hrs (acftually up to 4, only after that it becomes dangerous). Look at musical theatre singers that keep their quality of voice 5 days a week for months. If your throat is so tired after 2 hrs, that means yoour technique sucks. Pure and simple. Let's not make Kiedis smth he's not - singing-wise, he's way below the level of the band and the level he should be. And that comes from a huge RHCP fan.

I don't think another's age has anything to do with personal value or happiness. What I hear is voice maturity. Old stuff was fantastic yet anyone that's on the mic for decades their singing gets a new kind of sweeter. Selena Q. Perez is another example. Compare most recent songs vs beginning. A new gift emerges clueless if is there or when it'll manifest. Like when a guys voice "potentially" could get deeper someday... -A :)

When he was going through his addictions etc. You can go on & look at bands like Rolling Stones, or Paul McCartney, they're WAY older now & still have a voice. Or even Incubus, the singer has aged there as well & still sings perfect, just because they avoided drugs, or atleast weren't going through time like Kieids.

Anthony can sing very well. He's just always had a preference for rhyme and poetry in his music. Look hard enough in RHCP's songs and you will find him singing.
Anthony's voice is uniquely beautiful. It is so familiar to me, has been with me for such a long time

I feel like musicians never judge other musicians cause they actually understand what goes into it.
