Hey nico, wie sieht so eine ganze trainingseinheit bei dir aus? Erst Einspielen dann jedes mal das komplette programm mit doppel / trippelzunge üben, höhen training, anstoss training, töne schleudern? oder teilst du das auf die wochentage auf?

Ja, Einspielen ist täglich dabei. Ansonsten nehme ich mir immer ein Tagesthema und da gibt es ja genügende Themen. Am Ende immer Spielen von Stücken, welche in nächster Zeit anstehen oder ich eben gerne musiziere.
