Also, being 63, I noticed that if I push my right hip back toward the target, I can: 1. Get my shoulders to 90 degrees and 2. Create space for my hands during the downswing. Of course that means I have to push my left hip back just before impact so there is space for my hands after impact. Thank you so much.

Hi Aimee. Could you please show or explain more of how each wrist suppose to be once they pass the 9 o'clock as well as how and when to release the right wrist? More often I rotate the right wrist at the down swing causing the club face to close or open. Thank you Aimee.
Wonderful information. You say if you have a bad back to turn with your thighs when you get a chance and I'm sure you're overly busy could you possibly do a drill that I might be able to use in turning my thighs that would be very helpful thank you for all your hard work

However, this video was filmed before I started wearing Castelbajac. I used to shop online for non-golf skorts and polo shirts that would fit me better. I totally agree with what you said about the not-so-attractive loose fitting golf clothes out there! It's frustrating! I hope this helps!! Let me know if you have more questions!

Then you should have a serious conversation with your psychiatrist and increase the dose of your happy pills. Then start watching some other channel.
