basically... but it only ever usually works in one direction usually or toward a single direction (for example if you can only fire and make players fly off to the north predominantly.. then you can hit them at an angle so long as they continue to head in a northern direction even if it's somewhat west or east.
short of about maybe 3 places that have a pretty high probability of being able to place the portal only once and works basically every time (unless it explodes, which usually means that under no circumstances can you glitch it since there is a structure of the map preventing it from spawning without being destroyed at the zero point below the map)
