Sounds like her SIBO was very stubborn, she needed continuous rifaximin AND inulin for her to feel normal.
Maybe she had some degree of covid induced leaky gut also?
I'm always considering glutamine treatment for COVID leaky gut if I see suboptimal recovery with my basic protocol.
How can we have an appointment with you? My daughter is 4 I do believe she have sibo, adhd, she do have a diagnosis of global developmental delay and speech disorder besides that trying to get a confirmation of epilepsy the absence or petit. Some doctors refer me again to do autism test but she was negative in the pass. And I can keep going on and on with the list. Please help! Dr. Nemecheck.
If you are interested in booking an appointment, fill out the forms for in-office visits on our website (www.nemechekautonomicmed.com). The are under the consultation tab. Once completed, someone from our office will contact you about setting up an appointment.
Can inulin work in teens, older people if rifaximin isn't available? I would like to implement this protocol for a couple of my older children, husband that had severe covid, a recovering alcoholic.... Traveling to Arizona isn't an option and I don't think I can convince my physician or any other local practitioners to prescribe rifaximin.
Yes it can. Give it a try.
How much, how often?
My blue book on ADD, POTS, etc. has all the proper doses and well as issues that may come up during treatment. Its basically a DIY guide for treatment.. Can be found at nemechekprotocol.com
Do you know if psyllium husk would work the same as inulin? I have a boatload I bought for a different protocol and it’d be great to use that before getting something else
Sorry but no. Psyllium has little to no prebiotic effect.
Maybe ask for some advice on the Nemechek Protocol Facebook group.
Hmmm….if rifaximin isn’t a game changer for people what do you recommend?
Basically these are all inflammation issues exacerbated by GI issues.
Wonderful. There is hope for people.
A single course of rifaximin alone will not stop these conditions. This requires the reduction of inflammation from multiple sources. One needs rifaximin, fish oil, olive oil and VNS to suppress inflammation enough. Recovery can take 4-6 months.
Daughter cannot get xifaxin. Is there an alternative.
Short term alternatives are metronidazole, neomycin or ciprofloxicin.
So SIBO and POTS are connected?
Think of POTS as a neurological injury which cannot be repaired because of the inflammation caused by SIBO.
How can I get advice? I live in Germany and do not speak English
We can do a one-time international educational Skype visit but you would need to provide yourself with a translator.
Этот разовый визит будет платный?
@@TheNemechekProtocolкак это сделать? Я тоже хочу, я могу найти переводчика. Это будет платно?
Can sweaty hands and feet also be a symptom of sibo?
Thats generally a sign of autonomic dysfunction which is from injuries but the SIBO creates much of the inflammation that prevents you from recovering.
What injuries would cause this?
Do you recommend to give camel milk for ASD Kids while on NP?
I have not found it necessary to recommend camel's milk.
Camel milk is high in h pylori.
