How To Make Delicous Turkey Gravy From Scratch Using Drippings

- Gravy from the jar or gravy packets may be convenient but it really doesn't take much to make delicous homemade gravy from scratch. You'll be amazed at how easy it is to make your own.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1/3 cup all purpose flour
4 cups pan drippings from turkey (you make substitute with broth made from your giblets or any broth)
salt and pepper to taste if needed.

This recipe is absolutely the truth!! I made it last year and it was THE best gravy and I was able to make it LOLOL!! So silky and creamy. I’m only cooking Turkey wings this year I hope it yields enough dripping and juice to make the gravy 🤔🤗

I just mix my flour with milk until smooooth, then whisk it directly into the hot drippings..."particles" and all. LUUUUVE those particles!!!!
