Birdy always reminds me that today's popular music can remain subtle, not self-centered, beautifully written and sublimly performed. Your music has helped me make difficult choices, go through difficult things, and it's doing it again. Thank you ever so much for bringing a bit more joy in this world.

Just like a river does was my first song that I heard of Birdy in 2020 and now I know all the songs. *Update* Lol, okay so the first song that I actually heard was people help people, just saw the video & it hit me I was 14 back then. Also I've listened to not about angel's just didn't know who the singer was, fault in our stars is a sad movie I only watched it once but read the book twice just to feel the pain again. So I think I just rediscovered Birdy with just like a river does.
