I have a solution for the problem described at about 1:30 in the video - If you edit the brush (tap on the brush twice in the menu), go to “Grain” and change the “Grain Behavior” from “Moving” to “Texturized,” you can make the grid in more than one brush stroke, and the graphs won’t overlap! I can’t wait to start making patterns with this method ❤

Wow!! I actually have a tapestry crochet project that I'm designing, and I will DEFINITELY be using procreate! Thanks for the tips and tricks Ashley, I would love to see more of these quick videos :) Especially for those of us that are "techie techie" challenged!

When you made the Peppa or any other character...how do you know or change to size? Like the A will use less grid than the Peppa if that makes sense lol. I’ve got tons of ideas to make Amigurumi and so badly badly wish I could figure out how to use this app to its fullest. Thnks Ashley for all you do 😘

I would take a pic of the word you want and trace over it on a grid.
