Sometimes life gets overwhelming, and its crazy rhythm pulls us into the merciless whirlwind of duties and responsibilities. On and on it goes, till our heads spin, and we find ourselves lost and discombobulated, being at the mercy of the worldโs cruel game. At such times, psychologists say, it is therapeutic to acknowledge your helplessness and give in into a good cry.
Crying is said to restore emotional balance, dull pain, and help your nervous system self-soothe. A prolonged period of tear-shedding releases endorphins, which aid with both physical and emotional pain. Sobbing lowers the brain temperature that results in uplifted mood.
Thus, if scientists are to be believed, we shouldnโt suppress this natural bodily response to stress.
*_A bit of controversial question for you today, my dears. Why do you think some people see crying as a sign of weakness, and something to be ashamed of? And why some people cannot cry?_*
no one wants to cry, especially if it's in front of the person who hurt them. but sometimes tears speak louder than words
older attitudes don't like emotions, hence war propaganda calling people cowards; maybe it's just toxic masculinity in society, and women being then seen as weak
I honestly don't know why people think crying is a sign of weakness. I honestly think it's a sign of strength, by allowing you to vent some of your frustrations and reclaim a semblance of emotional clarity without throwing a punch.

Hi there, I want to ask are these pictures AI generated, or are they actual photos animated?
I use my photography, drawing, photoshop and other programs to create an image, but I do apply AI editing tool to speed up the process. So the image is real and unreal at the same time. It is based on reality but composed and modified by different programs.
@@RegnumUmbrae I could tell it was a real photo, not all AI, because most other channels have completely AI generated scenes and they are devoid of a soul, and hence fail to evoke natural melancholy, as opposed to this which makes you feel like you are actually there in the picture.
I also want to ask, do you ever plan to make a tutorial video teaching how you make these videos for people who are inspired by this?
