Hi everyone, Steve here. In this video, I show you how easy it is to add stars to your photos with Photoshop. Please leave any questions, comments or suggestions below, and don't forget to Subscribe (and click the bell notification) for more! As always, thanks so much for watching!
@@PhotoshopEssentialsChannel Yeap, I have watched many of your videos which are really interesting with good tips (+1 sub 😉). Your videos are very inspiring for my design works as well. By the way, I do design videos on my channel too and I would highly appreciate some feedback about them, it will help me to improve. Thanks and happy new year!!
Learn so much from you. thanks for sharing. Mind to share what software you using for screen recording and movie making? such as draw a box zoom in zoom out . Thanks again
I'm having trouble with my "adjustment levels" not sticking. I see what I desire when the "Levels" box is up (Preview is on), but when I click "OK", the image goes back to having more "noise" than I chose to have. Any ideas of what I can try? Thanks!
Are you viewing the image at a zoom level less than 100%? If so, try zooming in to 100% before making the Levels adjustments. Let me know if that helps.
@@PhotoshopEssentialsChannel also, as soon as I hit "Save" in "Save As" with the settings as they are, you see it adds in even MORE noise while saving, and then some noise disappears after clicking "OK" in the JPEG Options pop-up box.
I can get everything to work up until the point of adjusting the levels, as soon as i click 'ok' they go back to being overwhelming. Any ideas what I could be doing wrong?
I'm late but I was having the same issue. Go to 'View" then 100% or [Ctrl+1]. Then do the 'adjusting levels' step. Zoom out when done with this step. This worked for me. I hope it helps people in the future as well!
Or, you could download one of thousands of free high resolution images available on the web and use it as your starry background in a fifth of the time it would take to do this?

@@ktolsn Having the same problem. Did you ever figure it out?
@@justchillinguwu No, I did not. I ended up doing a star overlay, I think. Good luck!
