I remember the choking game. We just called it Knockout. It's not really a "game" in the sense that there are winners or anything, it's really just a dumb way kids get high or a weird feeling of dissociation.
We would bend over and hyperventilate for 60 seconds, then stand up against the wall and have a friend do the choke part. There was a specific way to do it. You can even do it yourself if you know how.
The fact that I ended up addicted to drugs later in life kind of makes the fact that I enjoyed Knockout so much make sense.
It's really not safe at all, I wouldn't think.
