@@soulkora yeah, youngsters are the more engaged when it comes to cars, but also I can understand why it’s not the best idea letting a hot headed, inexperienced youngster behind a powerful car. Another great vid JB, thanks. My 2010 S5 Convertible doesn't look like an expensive car to me, in fact I like the 'under the radar' quality of it. Some people say 'that's nice' & I say, "it's just an Audi"! Hope you are OK & more importantly, how is Simba? Wishing you both all the best...
I'm currently driving a Mercedes CLS Shooting Brake AMG 63S and an E Class 350d Coupe... Peeps always say the same about the E Class, to which I say " It's just a Mercedes" ... Nothing special apart from the 3 litre diesel engine... CLS is really special...

Come on matey, don't tell us porkies. There not cheap because there's loads of them, there cheap because a three year can pinch one, and they are as unreliable as hell. Almost uninsurable, Even JLR would not insure there own cars?
Apart from jag and LR dont think that any of them look expensive, like an old merc is nice but dont look expensive in today days, especially when they start at £2k
The new M5 isn't that heavy - it's barely heavier than an F82 M4! As long as that F82 is towing a plane. Really, an M4 towing a Cessna 172 is lighter than the M5. As is a Spitfire. I quite like it if my car looks cheap, if it looks expensive it'll probably just get keyed 🤔 Not that my porker ever did, but I sold that before my worst neighbours moved in! Not sure the Alfa or Ford look expensive on this list, they have a certain appeal but I don't think people would be surprised by the price, like with the Disco Sport, Jag or X6 particularly.
BMW have easily outdone it more recently...the XM is a particular highlight. By "highlight" I mean it looks like someone did a Rorschach test with lumpy dog vomit.
Modding in the uk is a myth these days. Insurance has completely ruined the uk car community

Remember that older luxury cars at £10k still cost the same to repair as they did when new.
Wrong that’s totally wrong bro spare parts got a lot cheaper
usually more as they are not in warrantee and some of the parts are now rare
Can U do cheap car to insure for first time driver that has 120+hp
None
Buy most JLR products at that price point and you'll probably spend 3 or 4 times more than that trying to keep it on the road.
The insurance alone on any JLR item is ridiculous - I’m 53 £1000 on an old vogue!

for me how expensive it looks isnt so important, its how expensive it feels if you know what i mean?
