I see you haven’t any questions yet. I would like to know what year this video was made. Was this on the east coast of Lake Huron? This is 2024. It is my understanding that the Kings are basically gone. We fish out of Port Sanilac and we catch Coho and Atlantic. I haven’t seen a King yet. Update: Today, September 4, 2024 I caught a 16 lb King out of Port Sanilac about four miles out. So they are in this lake. They might be few and far between, but they are here.
Love Gator Tackle. Good tackle at a good price. Their flashers are awesome for the price. Had good luck this last year on their 11” ones with glow hoochies behind them.
Another great video from Superior Angling! Thank you! As a native of bay city at the base of the Saginaw bay thanks for bringing some attention to the sunrise side of our state!
And I don’t know how I missed this one but it seemed pretty special, those kinds we get around here kick my butt on the rare shot over deep water, they have to be full of energy when the water is warming and near shorelines
Loved this video when I watched it on cable. Looks like a blast!

Further north = more kings in Huron for summer and fall. Still only one or two per trip though. However the cohos and pinks are much more plentiful
There is a few around. June - early July seems best

This is amazing! Wish Lake Superior West end had something like this come out of the Brown trout or coho fall run
Where are you guys fishing Hamilton Bay
