They would be such an awesome trip. Makes me miss living up there.
Great video friend
I’m headed to that exact spot in October
You need to go to Alaska my friend. We call those kings Jacks because of their size. Enjoy watching your vids
And lake Ontario most of the king's are in 17 lb range my first and biggest so far is 22 lb beautiful salmon and I seen some in the 30 + lb range way bigger then lake superior
congrats on 10k! i may be late as i just noticed right now. but nonetheless, congratulations!
this is a re-upload
Yes it is. We aired an abbreviated version last Summer. This is the full-length episode that aired on T.V 4/21
This was the last spot I expected to find you! I can only imagine your daughter trying to hook up on one of these salmon that would be a funny scene. Grow on 👍
Like I died and went to heaven is right! Man, what a dream trip!
came for the fishing.. stayed for the accents
Great video guys. Which area is that? What's River? I'm heading out next week to explore that area. Thank you very much.
In the intro they said they were at the Nipigon River. I had no idea the Nip ran that far East. 😂It's one thing to not say where you are, but it's pretty deceitful to lie about it and misled others. If you don't want people to know where you're fishing, don't put it out there for the world to see. Might contradict the message that the content is for the viewers benefit, and instill that's it's rather for the creator's? Catching fish below a spillway on a cork isn't my deal anyway. Reminds me of catching bullheads when I was 8. They sure are pretty when they run though.
What line are you using?
I use a very stiff rod for bobber king salmon fishing. Less flex means faster hookset. I fish bobbers for King here in Alaska. I use a double hook rig on one river that allows it and put shrimp on top hook and eggs on bottom and call it a shrimp cocktail. Slays them.
Where is this on the lake
ah the michipicoten river. wonderful spot
🤫
what tributary is that
Medium action rod?
Ho Lee Cow!
what was being used for bait?
Did you watch the video?
Looks like your on the St. Louis River. Just fantastic! 👍

Where is this?
Wawa Ontario
I've been meaning to ask you guys, I just got a bunch of Lake Superior coho. Seeing how they are much smaller than Lake Michigan fish, do you have to take the pin bones out when you grill them like you do for big ones? I rather not waste the meat pulling or cutting them out.
Hey I'm new to this but I'm moving to the south shore this summer and I'm going to try doing some shore fishing. How far out do you catch those coho
Late reply, but they were fishing a river in this video. Other than from a pier, I doubt you'd have much luck from shore.
Wow
Sickkkk
King salmon is not the proper name. Chinook is the proper name.
