One thing i just realized about Flare is, i dont come to listen to him say stuff about hearthstone. i just come to listen to Flare. So please, talk about anything but keep posting! lmao
5:00 So like... even using regular standard array (15, 14, 13, 12, 10, and 8), you'll probably have like.. 14 -16 con at level 1 including human benefits. Since this says constitution score rather than mod, this means you gain D6+14+1 at minimum twice per long rest. 18.5 temp hp on average per use is kinda insane unless the low level is harder, given even a fighter at level 1 is only going to have like 13 or 14 HP A late game character probably gets like... d6+18+(level) up to 6 uses. Also they didn't set a duration so you can just kind of have it up all day once you activate it. For comparison, False Life gives d4+4 for a first level spell slot. While first level spells aren't very good outside of utility spells (especially since False life is generally only used by warlocks who take an invocation to replace it later), just shows that this seems really really strong in low and mid levels of the game, and still pretty good late game when one feat could give you up to 240 temp hp throughout the day towards cap.

i think you could just do One piece better in HERO, GURPS or BESM. we tried to do a one piece game once with the 3.5 version and i made a sniper that did like 240 damage in one hit and killed everything lol
hm, they are trying to fit one piece into dnd when they should make waaaay more custom stuff, all of the dnd spells are so damn underwhelming or just plain underpowered when they try to replicate one piece
