The problem isent the excavate part, its the 3 mana "give a minion windfury" part which allowed paladins to 1 shot you from hand in extreme cases or, more commonly, massively buff even a 1/1 who survived from last turn into something much bigger (which they can do, its paladin) and then doubling their attack for 3 mana
Yeah, because it was so good when in wild when it was giving windfury... Oh wait no, it was unplayable, because it needs like shitton of setup and shitton of handbuff/strong buffs to be playable on top with floating 3 mana and minion on the board/charger.
and libramdin is already bad enough and shroom saw NO play in Shaman despite also being a Shaman card In fact the Shaman payoff for excavate was UNPLAYABLY BAD
I'm glad you don't fall in line with those that say everything should remain at certain mana points just to help Even DK. I feel like there are some archetypes that will start to become semi-viable picks for a non-even DK with a few more expansions, but I can tell you the last thing DK needs is a glut of options that will never get picked because everyone insists on them being even. Construct Quarter, Blightfang, 1 mana Threads, and Sickly are some good cards that will be appreciated at their respective mana points that would seldom see play at their nerfed states especially as they age. Construct Quarter in particular makes deviating from even very tempting and also helps enable DR aggro strategies, since you take away the tediousness of DR's speed while also making great reactive rushers that are beefy threats ahead of curve. Can't tell you how great it feels to put down a t1 minion -> coin construct next turn. Blightfang does not really do what Even DK wants to do, especially at 4. It's really more of a control tool for any DKs that splash unholy to also help corpse count without making your deck bogged down by unsynergistic or weak corpse generators (especially for double blood which often struggles with corpse generation).
The 9 mana safe revert has the current text of destroying enemy minions while the 10 mana one wipes the board(includes starships locations formants etc) and also limits the enemy board to one space
One of those “nerfs” is just the change to all the Badlands highlander cards so I don’t think that should relay count. Strange that the other badlands HL cards aren’t in here then.

Reno's effect is perfectly fine. Literally the only effect in the game that clears unclearable bullshit, and requires you to run highlander, AND costs 10 mana? Maybe the board space restriction shouldn't be there (or should be mirrored), but everything else is fine. the 2 mana whelp is 100% safe in wild..like common the 2 mana spell is greater than that whelp lol...Pendant of Earth: Risk it(Wild aggro is still over the top so)......Reno: back to 8 mana HOWEVER nerf the refresh mana crystal power first and cap it to "refresh 2 mana crystal once per turn" no frigging infinite cast for priest or mages...idk why Reno hero power been left untouch so far but it need nerf......Odin do NOT revert.....i know warrior are in a hard place right now but Odin should stay at 9 mana, its almost too strong...there are other way to make warrior better......Thirsty Drifter do NOT revert...Shattered reflection: partial revert, make it unable to targets titans only...lastly..staff of nine frog(i forgot how that 1 was nerf but i remember it being quite obnoxious in shudder shaman)

Odyn was nerfed twice. Once on its cost, and once to prevent its effect from stacking in multiples.
