Just so you know the way to get super saiyan 4 is pressing square 9 times and Triangle 10 times (at the title screen) and repeating that until you get the sound cue
And yes it is available in all copies of the game including the PAL English version which you guys are playing

Thanks! 👍 I gave that a try before we started recording but I must have just been to slow or missing an Input, sometimes you forget how strict old game codes where to enter back in the pre 6th Console gen era
