Glad you didn’t get busted up worse. Thanks for the video on how you build them. I’ve wondered how heavy they are with all the pass through hits you get. No wonder at 75#’s draw. Like you, I tried the four fletch and couldn’t see any improvement worth the effort. 👍👍👀
Do you have to glue the outserts on those Naptymes? Also, any suggestions on the naptyme arrow spine for an 80lb hoyt alpha x at 27.5inch draw? Thanks mate
I don’t align the broadheads before, I do prefer the heads being vertical (up and down) but not completely fussed about it, if the arrow is shooting different I nock tune it and 99 out of 100 times that works perfect for me.
Great video mate. Just purchased same arrows and fletchings looking forward to making them when they arrive. looking forward to more of your videos love your down to earth style.Hope you recover from the accident?
Look after you mate ,cheers to a speedy recovery . Just means you get to spend some more quality family time. Ands some different content. That I'm looking forward to seeing. Love to see some bow tuning and some of your practice shooting skills how you prepare. Long shots are what failed me this years rut. And the fact I was a little late for the rut. So very interested in the content ahead. Hope your not out of action for too long.
Great video, keep this kind of content coming! Do you offset your fletches as well as the helical? And do you worry about having your broadheads being a certain orientation on each arrow of just how ever it screws in? Thanks mate
Thanks Brett for info! You made it very simple to understand and follow the steps. Cheers mate 👍🏻🍺

Cheers mate! Getting better every day 👍👍
Cheers mate. Say you weren't ready to spend the $300+ on a cutter, could you use a dremel?
You can mate as long as you cut them as square as possible and be good to have a arrow squaring tool
Do you have to glue the outserts on those Naptymes?
Also, any suggestions on the naptyme arrow spine for an 80lb hoyt alpha x at 27.5inch draw?

Hi mate, nah the outsert screws to the insert. I’d go with the crucifix 250s mate
speedy recovery mate thanks for sharing your techniques in your arrow building. process cheers
Cheers Brett!! 👍
Do you fletch your arrows before you try to align your broadheads, or don't you worry about aligning the broadheads with the fletchings
I don’t align the broadheads before, I do prefer the heads being vertical (up and down) but not completely fussed about it, if the arrow is shooting different I nock tune it and 99 out of 100 times that works perfect for me.

Awesome Brett very interesting mate I’ve never built my own arrows is it much cheaper and glad your ok after your car accident
Cheers mate, yes you do save a bit of money after recouping initial cost of buying a fletching jig etc.
Great video, keep this kind of content coming!
Do you offset your fletches as well as the helical? And do you worry about having your broadheads being a certain orientation on each arrow of just how ever it screws in?
Thanks mate
Cheers mate! No I don’t offset my fletches but I do make sure my two blade broadheads are “vertical” on the arrow or ‘ up and down’ NOT side to side
Makes sense! Thanks
Hey bloke…thanks for the vid. Just a quick question….do you not worry about spine indexing?
Hi mate, no I don’t get to technical with it
