You are the second person who asked about that recently. Great question! I covered Watermark and Wingate together but never separately. I have one coming out on Solana Bay, the newest community. Have you been to Avenir yet?
Hi Ray - I saw on the PBG county site that Kolter is also coming in they submitted plans for their model homes. Their website is great you can track and review all activities permits, etc

There’s a lot of traffic on that Northlake Road
